La base de datos CONCISE presenta ejemplos que pueden servir de inspiración para resolver las barreras a las que se enfrentan los investigadores y los comunicadores profesionales cuando se dedican a la comunicación científica.
La siguiente tabla y el informe no son una lista exhaustiva de prácticas. El valor de esta base de datos reside en que proporciona estudios de casos y posibles soluciones a las principales barreras identificadas para participar en la comunicación científica. Los criterios de selección son:

  1. Diversidad: Las soluciones se proponen teniendo en cuenta la heterogeneidad tanto geográfica como del público objetivo.
  2. Originalidad: Cada categoría incluye cinco soluciones diferentes para promover la comunicación científica.
  3. En funcionamiento: Los casos seleccionados ofrecen soluciones que se están llevando a cabo actualmente.
